Although ELIM, Inc. was founded in 2020, the work we do began long before that. Dr. Rovonda M. Bradford is a Public Health Education Specialist, former Middle School teacher, adjunct college professor, and much more. She holds a Doctor of Education Degree from A.T. Still University and a Master of Arts degree in and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education and Promotion with a Concentration in Community Health from East Carolina University.

Mr. Cedric L. Bradford is the broker/owner of Home Run Realty in Atlanta, GA. His many years of real estate, retail and military experience makes him a well-rounded Executive Director. He has over 20 years of business management experience and is currently coaching individuals in ways to become financially secure through building credit. 

Side by side the Bradford’s have served thousands of people in both North Carolina and Georgia through educational programs and outreach events within public and private schools, churches, community based organizations, college and university settings, and health care facilities. They have a special talent for connecting with people of all ages and walks of life. Their corporate goal for themselves and the board of directors is to empower and motivate others to be the best versions of themselves.
